Good Graze does not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. However we do make exceptions in case you
- Receive the wrong product
- Received a tampered or damaged product at the time of delivery
We reserve the right
- To request product identification
- To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product otherwise we will be unable to assist you and address concerns.
The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same instrument that was used to transact on the Good Graze website. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.
Products which are not damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.
