Banana Oats Waffles

A waffle a day keeps the bad vibes away!

Begin your day with this delicious + wholesome breakfast enriched with the goodness of coconut.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1 tbsp Good Graze Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Good Graze coconut sugar
  • Good Graze Virgin Coconut Oil for brushing


  • In a bowl, mix the milk and vinegar and let it sit for a while
  • In another bowl, mash an overripe banana
  • Add the oats flour, desiccated coconut, flax meal, coconut sugar and the baking powder and the milk-vinegar mixture and mix well till you see no dry lumps
  • Meanwhile, heat a waffle maker and brush it with coconut oil
  • Pour the batter in the waffle pan and cook till golden brown on both sides
  • Top with some honey/maple syrup and fruits of your choice
