A waffle a day keeps the bad vibes away!
Begin your day with this delicious + wholesome breakfast enriched with the goodness of coconut.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar
- 1.5 cups oat flour
- 1 tbsp Good Graze Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Good Graze coconut sugar
- Good Graze Virgin Coconut Oil for brushing
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the milk and vinegar and let it sit for a while
- In another bowl, mash an overripe banana
- Add the oats flour, desiccated coconut, flax meal, coconut sugar and the baking powder and the milk-vinegar mixture and mix well till you see no dry lumps
- Meanwhile, heat a waffle maker and brush it with coconut oil
- Pour the batter in the waffle pan and cook till golden brown on both sides
- Top with some honey/maple syrup and fruits of your choice
