FOR THE CUPCAKES:
180 gm All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
40 gm Good Graze Desiccated Coconut
85 gm Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
150 gm Good Graze Coconut Sugar, powdered
2 Eggs, at room temperature
30 ml Good Graze Coconut Oil
Zest of 1 Lime
Juice of 1 Lime
1 tsp Vanilla extract
150 ml Milk
FOR THE FROSTING:
250 gm thick Coconut Cream, chilled
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Zest of 1 Lime
1 drop of Green Food Colour
