So here’s the how-to of another quick, guilt-free dessert made with our all-time favourite duos - Peaches & Plums! 👯‍♀️

INGREDIENTS (for the dough)

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • Coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

    (for the topping)
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 2 medium plums
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar


  • Combine coconut flour and tapioca flour along with coconut oil, coconut sugar and a pinch of salt to make a dough. Cover and keep aside.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add coconut sugar and slightly caramelize cut plums & peaches.
  • Grease an oven safe tray and layer with dough and the caramelized fruits.
  • Top with fresh rosemary leaves and bake for 15 mins.
  • Cut into cubes and eat warm as it is or serve with whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or honey.
